What is your return/exchange policy?
We will refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within Seven (7) working days after the product has been delivered, in case if you have;
- received item(s) in damaged or mutilated condition or;
- received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us.
Conditions for Return
- An unpacking video must be recorded without pause/cut and it must be shared with our sales/support team to claim refund/ exchange for issues that may occur due to item(s) received in damaged conditions or if that is the item(s) that you have ordered with us.
- All items must be in their original condition, folded neatly in their polybag with all hang tags, ribbon and labels attached. You may be charged a pressing fee if the item returned is wrinkled beyond normal packing and shipping standards. The returned garment(s) for the purpose of exchange must be unworn – free of perfume, pet hair, smoke, make-up, etc. You may be charged a deodorizing and cleaning fee which will be subtracted from your credit.
- Any items returned in any condition other than their original sent condition will not be eligible for credit, or exchange.
- If you were shipped the wrong garment and/or size (base on the printed invoice that was emailed to you) we will correct it and pay for the return and re-delivery shipment.
- The exchange depends on the availability of the merchandise requested by you, in case if the requested merchandise is not available we will send you a credit note with the same amount in the form of cash back that you can redeem/en-cash part or full of it in your next purchase.
- Moher Fashions will accept merchandise to be returned for credit, provided it meets the above-mentioned guidelines. You will not be credited for shipping charges paid on the original order if any.
- Please save the invoice received with your package, as this is your receipt.
Disclaimer: We work with photographers and programmers to obtain the correct color, however; the original color may differ from the displayed/shared images may look dark/light/bright due to the difference in your display screen resolutions.
Products that are hand blocked/dyed fabric may tend to bleed color. Please see the wash care instructions carefully. Excessive sweat may also bleeds color without wash.
Once we receive the return shipment in our warehouse, our QC team will inspect if the products are in original sent condition. Based on the report from our QC team we will send you a credit for the amount you have purchased as store credit and you can use it to purchase a new product with us.
- We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Moher Fashions Private Limited.
- Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
- Return courier charge of maximum ₹150/- will only be refunded to you if courier payment receipt is provided.
- Recommended to refund the amount as store credit which you can use for your next purchase.
- As per customer request orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders paid by net banking/COD accounts will be credited back to bank account.
What should I do if a garment is missing (was not shipped) but it is clearly on my packing and invoice slip?
Please check your order when delivered. Do not accept any damaged or open packets. Tally the contents to the packing list before signing the POD (Proof of delivery). Claims for missing garments from your invoice/packing slip must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims should be made via email or phone. Returns and exchanges take approximately 2 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience.
